Description
REUNION, JACOB AND ESAU, depicts the reunion of the two estranged brothers as described in Genesis where they embrace and kiss. Prior to their meeting, Jacob sent a gift of many flocks of sheep to Esau. The sheep in my painting also stand for the flocks of innocent souls consumed in the conflict between the brothers� descendants. May a final reunion be achieved �speedily in our days�.
